Using our experience of property maintenance and construction methods we are able to analyse insurance claims, provide details of probability and possibility of the event occurring, establish the cause of damage and report in both technical and lay terms. We record the damage elements of the property, the requirements for renovation and reinstatement, provide additional photographs for evidence, evaluate contractor’s estimates, access betterment values when work is carried out and provide schedules of works and costings for reinstatement.
